Our intuitive process takes the complexity out of design. We’ll guide you through each step so you can enjoy the process without the stress.
Ideation & Sketching
Consider the overall layout of your new kitchen and use our online form to choose the style and materials you prefer, what shape you'd like for your kitchen and how big or small it needs to be.
We’ll use this to provide you with a no-obligation quotation and a 2D visual of your kitchen and invite you to meet with us to create your dream space.
It's not essential to visit us beforehand but you can book a showroom appointment here. We'd love to meet you!
Design & Confirmation
Meet with us when it suits you and in your preferred setting - online or in person. We'll discuss your specific needs and requirements to configure a solution that suits you, and finalize the design in our 3D software before sending you the final offer.
Book a meeting
When you are happy with the design, we’ll go through the drawings one last time to make sure that everything is in order. When you’ve approved and made the order, we’ll start producing your kitchen.
Prepare & Install
Once we’ve finalised your quote and your order is placed, it’s time to prepare your space for the installation. We make everything to order with a delivery time of 10-14 weeks, depending on your location. Please check the current lead time with the team, as it can vary at busy times.
We deliver all the parts for your kitchen at the same time, which means it’s ready for installation as soon as it’s been delivered. We’re used to kitchens and wardrobes being part of a bigger programme of work and will work with you to find the most suitable date to have everything arrive on site.
For projects in Cape Town, we offer a complete installation solution. The installation service differs slightly depending on where your kitchen should be installed. Therefore, especially when in Cape Town, please feel free to ask us for the service we can offer you!
