Where we deliver to
We have partnered with a trusted local courier company that handles all our deliveries and ships across South Africa and internationally.
Delivery fees
Accessibility to quality products is key to our product strategy. To keep the price you pay at a minimum, we do not add any handling fees or other mark-up to the courier fees. The shipping fees that you see on your checkout page are live rates from our courier partner that have been linked to our store.
The delivery process
Our furniture products are made to order and take 15 to 20 working days to manufacture. Depending on your area, our courier partner will deliver your order after an additional 2-5 days. In total you can expect to receive your order within 25 working days of payment.
As we grow, our aim is to make products and parts to stock so that we make our manufacturing processes more efficient and reduce the time you have to wait for your new furniture!
International deliveries
If you live abroad and want to place an order, please contact our team at hello@hoop.co.za. We will get your details, confirm a delivery fee with our courier partner and finalise the order process with you directly.
International deliveries are handled on a quote by quote basis. Delivery fees and lead times for international shipments are determined by our courier partner and will vary depending on location and other external factors.
Business to Business orders
B2B orders can be shipped worldwide, so please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@hoop.co.za if your company is interested in making large orders.
