Meet with us when it suits you and in your preferred setting - whether virtual or in person. We'll discuss your specific needs and requirements in order to configure a solution that suits your style and the way you use your kitchen.

We'll send you a 3D design of your kitchen with a formal offer. Adjustments to the design can be made before production goes ahead.

You've accepted and your kitchen is being made!

Now it's time for you to get the space ready. Floors, walls, plumbing and electrical provisions should all be made good prior to installation. hoop doesn't offer these services, but our team will prepare site-readiness guidelines for your reference. Delivery will take place once everything is ready for installation.

We deliver the kitchen and begin with installation right away. Installation time depends on the size of your kitchen - between 2-5 days in normal circumstances.

If you ordered your worktop through us, final measurements will be taken once the kitchen is installed. The material will be
cut to size and delivered for fitting.

Make sure that all appliances are on site before we begin so that we can make accurate provisions during the installation process.
