Furniture returns
We’ve made it easy for you to return your hoop furniture for whatever reason - whether it’s not what you expected, it’s damaged or it’s simply that you don’t love it as much as you thought you would.
You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a furniture item. All returned items must not be damaged or altered, and include all original packaging, parts and tools the item came with. We will only refund an item that is received in the original packaging.
Follow these easy steps to start the process:
1. Send us an email at support@hoop.co.za with the order number. You can include a reason if you'd like.
2. We'll organise the delivery with our courier partner and you’ll receive an email with the pick-up / delivery details within 48 hours on weekdays.
3. Once the item is received and all the return criteria are confirmed, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the delivery fees.
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
Damaged items
We will happily exchange any items that are damaged in transit or are otherwise defective. Send us an email at support@hoop.co.za within 72 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Please include the order number, a short description and photos of the damage or defect.
Exchanges
The only items you can formally exchange are damage items (see above). Of course, you’re free to return a product and purchase a different one.
How long until you get your refund
Under normal circumstances, you will get the refund within 14-21 working days after you have initiated the return process. This includes delivery lead times and enough time for us to process the returned item.
